By submitting a donation to the Juneteenth Jamboree, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I understand that all donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • I understand that my donation will be used at the discretion of Utopia Professional (EIN# 33-4288121) to support the production, promotion, and community efforts tied to the Juneteenth Jamboree.

  • I authorize the use of my name and/or donation amount in public donor acknowledgments, unless I request anonymity.

  • I understand that my contribution does not guarantee preferential treatment, services, or event access unless otherwise stated in a sponsorship agreement.

  • I acknowledge that this donation is a gift in support of a nonprofit event and is not in exchange for goods or services.

  • I agree that this donation is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
